We look for patterns of weakness to determine the most effective strategies for improving your intelligibility. - Apraxia of Speech (Motor Planning): If you know the word but your brain struggles to send the correct "map" to your mouth, we evaluate the motor planning sequences to help you regain smooth, fluid speech. - Fluent and Non-Fluent Expressive Aphasia: We analyze the "flow" of your communication, identifying where word-finding blocks or grammatical struggles occur to help rebuild your expressive language. - Voice Quality & Resonance: We measure vocal volume, pitch, and breath support to ensure your voice is strong enough to be heard and resilient enough to last through the day. The Outcome: At the end of your evaluation, you won’t just have a score; you’ll have a Personalized Communication Profile. We sit down with you to explain the results and collaborate on a treatment plan that targets your specific goals—whether that’s talking on the phone, giving a presentation, or chatting with family.
